Payment methods

1. Online payment with Visa/MasterCard cards directly on the website via the PrivatBank system (LiqPay)
2. Transfer to a PrivatBank card. The payment details are sent by e-mail or SMS

Delivery

To deliver our products we use reliable and fast services – Nova Poshta and Justin.

Free delivery

Delivery within Ukraine is free for orders from 1000 UAH.
Free courier delivery is also available by arrangement in Vyshhorod, Novi Petrivtsi, Stari Petrivtsi and Liutizh.

You can order on the website, by phone, via messengers (Facebook, Telegram, Viber) and on our official social media pages

Opening hours

The "Biletska" family drying house works Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (except weekends and holidays); online orders are accepted around the clock.

Returns/exchanges

Under current Ukrainian law, food products cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

By law, when a product of inadequate quality is returned, the refund is made at the price of the product at the time of purchase. The money paid for the product is returned to the buyer within three days of the return.

The refund is made the same way the payment was made – by bank transfer to the details provided by the buyer.
